Just Because He Loves Me

It's that time of year, that time of year where the hubs disappears for work for months on end and the only contact we have with him is random phone calls after dinner and usually after the kiddos go to bed. He works nights most of the time so yeah, there's not much contact time at all.

This go around, hubs is working in Utah. He is an hour behind us and getting snow (I know not fair...and this is aimed at us south central Texas people who rarely ever see snow)! He decided to surprise me while on this job with some sweet fall mums with a cute card stating, "Just because I love you!" This of course made me miss him more than ever.

So as you may have noticed...it is that time again for the round robin blog challenge! Our mission is to challenge ourselves and get out of the normal groove that we fall into as photographers. It's time to think outside of the box, photograph differently and in some cases....revive our poor sad blogs!

This months theme, to go with Halloween, was anything black, orange or both colors. My mums from the hubs fit perfectly! A pretty little sea of orange and yellow complete with an adorable bird house pot for them!
